  While I like the food at A&W, and the other 2 locations in town are just fine, i'd have to say that today was the last time I ever visit the Lakeshore Dr. location.
  The customer service was absolutely horrid.
  To start, the counter girl (who is apparently either the manager or an assistant) either wasn't paying attention, or was trying to scam me Either way,t his caused issues. I had ordered 4 of their buddy burgers, a fry, side of gravy and a soft drink. She asked me if I'd like cheese, and I said no, no cheese. I actually said this twice throughout the order process as I don't like the cheese served at fast food places. So, when paying for my order, I noticed it was quite a bit more than expected and asked her to read the order back. She had added an order of onion rings to me order. I said no, I didn't order that. She then started to argue that I had. I said I didn't want to argue, please take it off the order. At that point, she walked back into the kitchen area and loudly stated "the customer changed his mind. now we have to waste those".
  So, I should've known enough to check the order BEFORE I left the store. But, did not. So, that's on me.
  Once I got home, I removed my items from the bag, and found that they'd put cheese on all 4 burgers, when I'd specifically asked for no cheese. As well, there was about a half gallon of mayo between the 4 burgers. It was literally dripping off the burgers into the bags they come in. Disgusting.
  So, I called the location to let them know about the mistakes, and that I would be brining them back for an exchange. The manager then tells me I'll be getting a refund. I said well, an exchange or refund. whichever. I don't normally ask for refunds, so this is a bit new for me.
  When I got back to the location, I saw the manager and her two employees looking at me, talking and laughing. So nice to be the subject of their conversation.
  When I spoke to the manager, I told her...I'd prefer an exchange, but she then TOLD me I was getting a refund, that's it. She also started lying to me. Telling me I ordered cheese, that I ordered onion rings and made them throw them out. It was all just a customer service nightmare.
  When I was walking away, they were again having a conversation and laughing at me. Nice.
  So, would I go back to the 300 Lakeshore Dr. location? Not a chance. The other 2 locations...yes.
  But, this is a disgrace. The only thing that stopped this review from being a 1 is the fact that I actually do like the food A&W sells.
